My Parcels Terms of Use

1. General Terms of Use

   1. MyParcels.net provides a service of tracking of the Parcels registered by the User by composing all the available information about parcel status received from third parties including:
   • national postal services;
   • official sites of courier delivery services;
   • other tracking services.
   2. A notification about changing of the status of parcel registered by User is sent by email to the address provied by User during the registration on MyParces.net. The User can also check the latest knows status of his Parcels by signin in to MyParcels.net using his account.
   3. By registering his Parcel on MyParcel.net the User grants to MyParcel.net the permission to use all the provided information about the Parcel.
   4. MyParcels.net is not responsible for the wholeness and truthfulness of the information provided by third parties sources about the User's Parcel.
   5. Due to the technical limitations MyParcels.net is not capable to update the information about the Parcel on demand. Instead the updates are performed in certain time periods which length depends on a particular information provider.
   6. User grants to MyParcels.net a permission to store the whole history of status changes of the Parcels registered by him on MyParcels.net.
2. 1. MyParcels.net bounds itself to NOT share with third parties the following information about User:
   • User's name;
   • email address;
   • phone number.
   2. MyParcels.net can use the User's email address and phone number to inform him about important changes in the service.
