We added a support of parcel status update notifications in Telegram and WhatsApp. To setup the notification please sign-in to MyParcels.net, click "Settings" -> "Mobile Notifications" and follow the instructions.

How do i get a new tracking number when a package has left china postal service on the way to USA? The tracking number from china is RH949136480CN.then once it left china there is no number???

This is a registered track number. It must be tracked before handing over one number. In the United States, the parcel will be delivered with the same number.The parcel has left China on March 11, 2018. It is not yet registered in USA. Usually Export->Import is the longest stage on the parcel route. It may take up to several weeks.
If the parcel status does not change in 3-4 weeks we recommend you to contact the parcel sender and ask him to submit a parcel search inquiry to the postal service that he used to send the parcel.
