I was told by the recipient of my parcel (EE059359120MY) that it was already being dispatched from EMS Manila, yet when we follow up at post office at Cebu, the item is still not there, and it is already almost a month. Please settle this or else I will file report against you, as the parcel I posted contained electronic device which is expensive.

Fyi, i sent my parcel on 16 August 2019, last tracking on 27 August said "delivery attempted" with location "PHZONE7". Until now, no news about it. We tried to contact them many times but still no clear answer about the whereabout of my parcel.
