У меня в коробке вместо телефона пластелин была разница в весе и следы вскрытия сотрудник почты при мне вкрыл посылку и составил акт ф-51в и все сняли на видео я открыл спор по причине пустая посылка, так как незнаю какую именно причину надо выбрать в таких случаях если знаете помогите, и еще на спор алиэкспресс мне ответил этим письмом, при переводе через переводчик я не понимаю пожалуйста переводите что они от меня просят?
